How quickly will my package arrive?
Most orders ship out the same day we receive them and you should expect to receive your package within 5 days. We ship free UPS standard to addresses in the USA whether it is business, home, or P.O. Box. Please check the address you give us carefully to make sure it is correct!
What if my package gets lost?
We use an address verification tool to make sure your package arrives quickly & accurately. Again, make sure the address you give us is correct to prevent delays. Occasionally a package will get misdelivered, lost or stolen. Our insurance coverage requires a signed statement from recipient if your package does not arrive. The statement must include the following information: 1.shipping address 2.name of recipient 3.telephone number 4. written statement telling us the package did not arrive. Once we receive your statement , we will immediately file an insurance claim. It generally takes 1-7 business days to complete with UPS. Be sure to let us know immediately if your package does turn up before a replacement is sent so that we can cancel the claim.
What about bounced checks or chargebacks?
Bounced checks and chargebacks to credit cards are subject to a $25.00 fee plus any collection costs incurred.
What happens to my order information?
We take your privacy seriously and will only use your information for ordering information and anonymous marketing analysis. We want your experience with us to be a good one!
Can you ship outside of the USA?
Due to manufacturers requests, we cannot ship Garmin or Polar outside of the USA. Free shipping only applies to orders shipped in the USA, not to orders shipped to Canada. Orders placed by 6 PM will usually ship out the same day. Please note, when using PayPal we can only ship to confirmed address on file with PayPal. Free standard shipping with UPS usually arrives within 2-5 business days.
We can only ship to the Continental USA, Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, Puerto Rico, Armed Forces APO/FPO customers.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Orders already in the shipping process cannot be cancelled or modified since we work very hard to ship your order out as quickly as possible, usually within the first day! You can email us about the status of any order or call our phone number.
Are the products listed always available?
We try to make sure the items listed on our Website is available. If there ever is a problem we will call or email you ASAP and let you know an estimated delivery date.
If I order several items, will they be shipped together?
We do our best to ship all items ordered together. If there is an availability question, we will contact you to let you know the status of your order and ship all in stock products together.
What if I need to return an item?
We are only satisfied with selling the best products and hope you are, too! We do allow you to return new unopened products within the first 30 days. We will not pay for any return shipping unless the return is a result of our error! New, unopened products may be returned within 30 days minus a 10% restocking fee.
Any new opened product returned in the original manufacturer packaging within 30 days will be eligible for a refund of 80% of the item's cost.
Any used product returned within 30 days that is not in original condition, is damaged, is missing parts or packaging will be eligible for a 50% refund of item's original cost.
Any new or used item is eligible for exchange within 30 days. When exchanging an item, please return the item and original packaging, and specify which item you wish to replace it. There is a 10% or $8.95 restocking fee for exchanges (whichever is less) and will be deducted from the credit for the exchange. Any credit for a used exchanged product will be issued a store credit only.
You cannot return opened heart rate monitor bras, or used heart rate monitor straps!
Refused packages will have a 20% restocking fee charged!
Are the products warranted?
Our products are warranted through the manufacturers and complete warranty information is included with the product and subject to their conditions. In many cases the manufacturer will cover the replacement of the product and cover the cost of postage both ways! If there is ever a problem that the manufacturer does not handle in a timely and effective way, please let us know ASAP! We want to help you get the matter resolved. Items which are DOA or defective must be reported within 3 business days, and we will issue a pickup label only if you are not able to resolve things with the manufacturer. Please note, we will not pickup a defective item for credit!
What about sales tax?
Currently there is no sales tax charged on internet sales unless you live in the state of Tennessee. If you are ordering and live in Tennessee, sales tax of 9.25% will be added to your purchase. Any changes in the law will be updated as needed.
